Clean spacious rooms with surprisingly muffled traffic noise considering we were adjacent to busy road. Bed & linen were lovely (amazingly comfortable bed) Highly recommend this motel. Cheers Second visit... Even better Thank you Carrum Downs Motel. See you again soon.
One star firmly. Misconduct service to its practice. Receptionist booking issues, online booking issues, communication issues, unpredictable language. Bad luck too... All from one staff members this review reflects. I felt online booking vs office booking needs retraining. I am out accommodation mid week. Risky accommodation. Female staff were professional this review reflects one staff member
