Carrs came and took down a very difficult tree for us. They were kind and professional the entire time. We had no damage done to our fence or property. They were also the most reasonably priced. I checked all the local tree services and Carrs was far below the rest on pricing. On top of that, they offer a lot of payment options if needed including payment plans. Tim was funny and very nice to work with. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend them for all your tree needs.

I talked with carrs at the owatonna home show, 2 weeks later got a call to do an estimate, explained how I struggled to even get a company to show up as promised and it was becoming stressful! To show the same level of respect without calling anyone out well just say it started with a Tim, promised he would be out the following monday... I left work early as we spoke about and waited and waited... never showed and unacceptable... I know reviews hurt business but so does bad communication and follow through!
The guys were awesome doing the work and answering my questions. Left the yard clean!
