Pictures shown online are nothing like what the rooms look like. The rooms are old, run down, and unclean. We found bugs, cobwebs & hair in our bed. We contacted the front desk and they moved us to a different room.. the new room might’ve even been worse than the first. Hair, bugs and cobwebs also found in the second room we were moved to. One of the men at the front desk was very unhappy & unprofessional that we said we are going to go to a different hotel. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Have stayed here several times in the past 5 years and was alway happy with the accommodations. Ownership changed and very disappointed in our stay last week! Instead of completely renovating the office so big they could have spent the money on units 10 & 11 and updated (still the same since BEFORE the fire). Microwave was dirty, bedskirt stained, plumbing in unit 10 needs repair, and there were fruit flies in both units. Very disappointed and will not stay there again!
