5-13-25 morning bus #362. This driver shouldn't have a chauffeurs license. I've never seen such aggressive driving like this from a bus. It was insanity. Speeding, aggressive lane changes and total disregard for a construction zone that could of killed people. The driver literally played chicken with other drivers coming into a construction zone that went down to one lane. This driver has no business driving people around.

We had Carr’s Motorcoach provide shuttle services for our wedding this past weekend and were beyond impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. From the start, Madison was awesome to work with and great at communicating. Dana, our driver, was so kind and professional. We got so many compliments on how great he was, and our families were so happy with the level of service he provided. No honesty, I had a conversation on the phone on Sat, Oct 5 at 5 pm with the emergency department. They answered my call and gave me hope, saying to bring my bus in the morning at 6:30 am when they open. They said they'd fix my bus issues, even though they're not from here. But when I called the garage in the morning, the person who answered said they don't work on Sundays. So the person I spoke to yesterday screwed me up and fooled me. Thanks a lot. Very disappointed. #BadService #Unreliable #DontTrustThem

Bus was chartered by my child’s school to take us on a field trip. The bus was filthy when we got on. There was chewed gum in the window wells, hair on the back of the seats and on the ceiling, along with what looked like dried vomit on the back of one of the seats, and the floor was sticky! Once we got on the road the rattling and squeaking made it seem like the bus wasn’t going to make it. The power plugs under the seats did not work.
