We're very pleased with the job Carr's did remodeling our kitchen. Pam and Brenda worked hand in hand with us on design, and Pam supervised every step of the process with great attention to detail. Their subcontractors all were very professional (and personable, too). Their price was competitive, and for the excellent service they provided, it was worth every dollar. We recommend Carr's highly.

I called Carr's and asked if they could help me out with my kitchen remodel. The guy that answered the phone was clueless and said he was only the plumber but would give my number to someone else who would contact me. After a week with no one calling me, I called them again. Same situation. The guy was not helpful at all and no one ever called me back. I guess they don't my business and have better things to do. Absolute horrible service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We have used them several times over the years. I had them install a new kitchen faucet. I thought about doing it myself, but when I saw what they did, I was rather relieved that I did not pout myself though that misery. The plumbers were good guys and they left the kitchen cleaner than it was when they got there.
