Horrible customer service you walk in and there in a group just talking nobody aprotch me and I was in for some boot laces I asked one guy there and he said if it's not there then we don't have them so I got the wrong color and when I was rung up I asked the cashier if they had the color I was looking for and she did . That was a $5 ring I buy my boots there all the time and needles to say there not cheap. So maybe focus on customer service .
I often spend entire shifts on my feet at work. Carr's has taken all of the misery out of walking for six to eight hours straight. Every dime that I spent was well worth it.
