This Carrs location has been my go-to for years, and it’s had some ups & downs in that time. The four stars instead of five are for a couple lingering rough spots: produce between Thursday evening & Monday morning is often pretty bare, and only recently did the store replace all the light bulbs! The difference after the light bulbs was INCREDIBLE— it even caused me to ask if there was going to be some sort of fire inspection!
