In April 2008, I used Carroway to bury my mother, then in September of 2009, we buried my father. I would never hesitate to use them again, they were very sincere people. Not only in the funeral home but in the general public. I think that they are wonderful.

My grandmother passed away during the week of Thanksgiving. We had a graveside service and buried her the Friday after Thanksgiving. The weather was extremely uncooperative as it poured down rain just prior to the start of the funeral service. None the less the gentlemen assisting with the service did not bat an eye and were so extremely wonderful and understanding and continued right on schedule with everything. Not very Good The funeral director (Roy Carroway) that waited on us was very rude and seemed at times to rush us through everything. A friend of ours had used Gipson's here in Lufkin and she told me they took there time and every detail was covered. I have since purchased my pre-arrangement through Gipson's and my friend wasn't lying they are the greatest group of people.

My Father in law passed away a few years ago. We couldnt have ask for more caring, honest and understanding. They made us feel like we were their family.

My mother was Theresa Skelton and we used Carroway-Claybar for her funeral. It was beautiful and we couldnt have been more pleased. Thank you so much for such an incredible job that you all did with her arrangements.
