Suite à un accident il y a quelques années, j'ai tenté de faire valoir ma garantie de retouche à vie. La bannière multiplie les obstacles, rendant les démarches épuisantes. À cause de ce délai, les dommages ont empiré, et ils s'en servent maintenant comme excuse pour refuser d'honorer leur contrat. Un service après-vente déplorable.
