It took a month and almost $8000 to repair the rear (bumper, trunk, lights, etc.) of my car. The repair was mediocre at best. First day, I picked it up and already an issue with the repair. I had to come back on the second day due to rear sensor not being fixed. Used parts were installed. Rear light has some scratches. It would not have been replaced if I had not complained about it. Very poor communication and customer service. Extremely slow repairs. I was sent there by the insurance to repair a damaged corner bumper. The shop never contacted me to communicate anything. I had to always call to get an update and find out what was taking so long. It took them a month to give me an appointment after first contact. It took them another month to make repairs.
