Very poor communication and customer service. Extremely slow repairs. I was sent there by the insurance to repair a damaged corner bumper. The shop never contacted me to communicate anything. I had to always call to get an update and find out what was taking so long. It took them a month to give me an appointment after first contact. It took them another month to make repairs.
