they do not care at all about the promises. Did not sent me estimate as promised since 2 weeks. Could not care less about quality of custom care . How come they still exist?

Voiture accidentée depuis le 17 janvier 2023. Jamais reçu d’appel pour me dire qu’ils avaient reçu la pièce- c’est seulement quand j’ai téléphoné qu’on m’a dit que la pièce était arrivée ( depuis probablement longtemps). Voiture au garage depuis le 15 mai 2023. Pas de voiture de courtoisie. Appels répétés depuis le 30 mai pour ravoir ma voiture. C’est le 15 juin aujourd’hui et je n’ai toujours pas d’auto ( et je pars en voyage et j’en ai besoin). À éviter à tout prix.
