Is Carrom out of business? I can’t get any replacement parts nor anyone from Customer Service.
Dawn in customer care is awesome! She was professional and helped me with my order.
Very nice staff. Interesting to see how the traditional Carrom game is made. Years of fun in our youth playing. Still fun for grandchildren.
I always wanted my own dome hockey game since I was a young teen. After a lot of research I decided to put the Carrom Super Stick on my birthday list this year and my wife came through for me. A big selling point to me was the great reviews about Carrom’s customer service. Well...I have enjoyed the game immensely but had a player break (it happens), called customer service and Dawn took care of me and made me feel like I was their very best customer! Thanks Dawn! I love my new game and am now a big fan of Carrom the company!
