Really?! How about standing by your warranty? Our sliding window shattered for no reason and PGT doesn’t honor replacement! Try to get someone who installs PGT to replace your glass 🤬
RecommendedWe had 26 windows installed and we could not be happier! The windows are beautiful and our house looks like a new home! It’s so quiet and the quality of the windows are outstanding! The 2 guys that did the installation (Marcus and Brandon) were so polite and professional. They cleaned as they worked and when they left, we were able to just back and enjoy. We highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier have done business with them for over 25 years. They just put PGT windows in my mothers house and everything went so smooth.
TERRIBLE company!! Do not use!! Management Lauren and Dan are rude and not helpful. They installed our windows and doors and now they are leaking. The refuse to do anything about it. Lauren argued with me, yelled at me and then hung up on me. No customer service or follow through once they got paid!!!

Hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. Senator Rick Scott paid us a visit and urges everyone to be proactive, not reactive. Get your supplies early, plan your escape route, get all important documents to a safe, dry place. If your home isn't already prepared with impact windows/doors, get shutters installed or at least have plywood ready to go.
