I tried to make an appointment because I was not feeling good and apparently my chart is inactive because I have not visited the office in “several months”. When I asked what was the policy the lady couldn’t tell me herself what the time length so my account wouldn’t be inactive was. Not going to the doctor should be a good thing and should not refuse to provide care for that simply and stupid reason. Very clean and Professional GOOD VIBES AND HEALING
I called to schedule a new patient appointment and Carmen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was the reason I decided to not schedule with this office. I figured if the front desk associate is rude then the whole practice is full of rude people. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or hates her job but she needs to check herself and her customer service because this office missed out on a paying client due to her nasty attitude.
Don’t waste your time going to this doctor or this office staff is always short staffed your luck if you have two people one work in the front desk and the poor nurse that hast to take her but his blood pressure and weight and everything is running around with her head cut off Dr Capri is the worst we started with him a few months ago for Medicare my husband was running a fever took him and they did a Covid and a flu test that was on a Thursday went back on Friday the results for Cove it was negative never got the flu test r... read more
