Have always had great experience at the Carrolwood office. I always see Dr Blessing she has been my Dr for several years, always caring and informative about my health. The staff is always great. Highly recommend this office.

I tried to make an appointment because I was not feeling good and apparently my chart is inactive because I have not visited the office in “several months”. When I asked what was the policy the lady couldn’t tell me herself what the time length so my account wouldn’t be inactive was. Not going to the doctor should be a good thing and should not refuse to provide care for that simply and stupid reason. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and Carmen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was the reason I decided to not schedule with this office. I figured if the front desk associate is rude then the whole practice is full of rude people. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or hates her job but she needs to check herself and her customer service because this office missed out on a paying client due to her nasty attitude.
