We have been coming to Carrollton vet with our dog since our old vet(s) retired, after we searched for years for another amazing private vet practice. Dr Algero is caring and knowledgeable. He is patient in explaining what he believes might be going on, the tests (if any) necessary, next steps, any meds he thinks might help, side effects, etc, and always a clear explanation of why and our options. Crossposting from Yelp. I regret not doing this years ago and still think about this place more often than I'd like to. My baby girl Yuma died on March 3, 2014, just before her first birthday. I took her to Carrollton Veterinary Hospital on February 20 because she had vomited twice and wasn’t eating.
