The apartments are well maintained. However the amenities mentioned in their advertising and sales pitches boarder on fraud in my opinion. The 'club house' where the laundry room, free internet and closet sized library are located closes at 4 in the afternoon each day. There are very rarely social activities. I'm not saying they don't have any, but just know that it's not the hopping social/active kind of schedule they try to imply.
