Our tow truck driver did a good job. Management and dispatch did NOT do a good job. They misled us in to believing that our tow would be completely covered by our Triple AAA membership. It was a mistake on their part and they would NOT take ANY financial responsibility for their mistake (other than "internally handling it") ...even though we gave them the opportunity to do so.
