This is the place to come to repair your car! The place is very friendly! The manager was polite and was very professional! I love this place and always bring my car here! Will not go anywhere else! I recommend this place to everyone! & the best part is they have stores at many locations. Great people especially the manager who helped me Lorenzo !
I took my 2004 Jaguar Xtype here to Carolls. I got two tires and an alignment. The tire prices were good. The alignment was the rip off. I paid $90 for an alignment that should have been free with the tires. But even worse than that the steering wheel was pointing tp the right just a little bit. It wasn't pulling to the left any more, and I was pressed for time so I just left. I found out later that the Moron adjusting the alignment didn't even have the laser alignment set up that Sears had.
Bad business i think so... ok i use the yp to look up deals and they came up... so i went ask for a oil change special when i notice the price want the same as advertise just because i didn't have it printed out... Even tho i show them on my phone walk out very disappointed... U need do some changes b4 u lose another customer... I had just other issue with them that i pointed is out!!!!!
These people are great at trying to rip you off. I bought tires from them 2 years ago and today I tried to get them to fix a tire with a nail in it. I was told the tires where to old and they wouldn't fix it. I will never go there again, when I bought the tires they messed up the computer on my car so bad that I had to take it back to the dealer to fix (they did have to pay for that at least) and now they wont fix a tire with a nail.
My Van is a 2001 with 1430,000 plus miles on it and needed shocks and struts real bad, we checked with the dealer and it was going to be over $1000. My husband Steve called Carrolls for a quote and they said it would be $542 and they could do the work today. So we dropped it off around 2 pm and it was ready by 5 pm. The Van rode so smooth it was like it was driving itself. THANK-YOU! CARROLL's for the nice affordable and excellent job you did today. Susan and Steve Nelson
