While travelling, this shop was able to help us out. They fixed us up in less than 10 minutes, right when they were closing up shop.Thank you so much for the quick turn around and great location!

i bought my 4 tires from them 7 months ago. All 4 tires are defective, the tires have deep cracks inside of the tires. took the car to Carrolls tire wharehouse. the short guy in the front desk told me that it was weather cracks and it was normal for tires to crack. wow he told me that just by looking at my tire from the window. this turd just blow me off. I had a second opinion with another tire shop and the guy was lol what the troll from the carrolls tires said to me.
I purchased a set of wheels and tires from this shop. Made an appointment 4 days later to have the wheels installed on the car. First was sold a 225/45R18 tire. When the day for the install came, they didn't have any in stock. So, I was told to go with a 225/40R18 tire otherwise I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the install. They knew for 4 days I was going to be in and they are a tire shop. They couldn't order ahead of time or transfer from another one of their stores?
