Fair prices and honest mechanics
Stay away from this place.They charged me almost $650.00 for a patch up job ( didn't replace the parts

Trustworthy people – I went there for diagnostics only, with the full intention of doing the work myself (not because they're bad...it's just cheaper using my own labor these days :). They put my car on the lift and showed me what the problem was and recommended the parts I needed to repair it. They also discovered that my tires were "directional" tires and that they were not mounted properly and fixed that for free. Great place I have been going to Carroll's for several oil changes now. They are always quick and courteous. I have never had an issue with the work they have done. On at least two occasions my wife took the car in and it needed a couple of very minor things. Once it need a wiper so they told her it would be cheaper to get it at the auto parts store next door and bring it back to them. She did that and they installed it for free. Awful !!!!!! I went in and had 3 requests....1. Oil change2. Check the brakes3. Fix a radiator leakThey charged me $120.... for this -1. I got home, popped the hood and noticed the oil filter was the old one. I drove straight back and the guy apologized and said HE FORGOT! Makes me question if he even changed the oil???!!!2. They charged me $40 to check the rear brakes saying a retention bolt was broken and needed replacing. Most placed check brakes FOR FREE... and $40 for a simple bolt? 3. Ripp Off's BEWARE !!! These guys are liers & they'll rob you for your repairs as they did me.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but since I can't I guess one will be okay since we got an appointment fairly quickly. We took our van to Carroll's Tire and Auto because it was not running well and the ABS light was on. After running their version of a diagnostic (just driving the vehicle), we were told that there was nothing wrong with the van.
