Outstanding service from Alex and the team at Carrolls Springs! I recently had the suspension on my van upgraded, including resetting the springs and adding extra leaves, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Aftermarket Rubbish I purchased springs at recommendation,I was never told the springs would be 8 inches higher than my old ones? My old springs were. three leaf they supplied four leaf , so when I had them fitted truck was underivable. We have another charge $700 to have them returned to a 3 leaf I highly recommend the Buy Original Stay away from after market rubbish It ended up. It. would’ve been cheaper to buy original from Isuzu. Not only that but six days off the road, what an expense

Great genuine service from the guys at Carrolls. They had a fully booked schedule in their workshop for a good month, Daniel went out of his way to suggest alternative options based on my sense of urgency. They managed to get my springs done in two days! Not just that the quality and workmanship on the springs were Top Line. I will definitely be remembering these guys when I need to replace / repair and referring from here on. Thanks Daniel and Team.
