Total failure. They replaced the front springs on my bus and then had to replace the rear springs as well. After the front springs done and it was obvious that the rear needed to be also replaced. They then sat on my vehicle for approximately one month did nothing then told me they couldn't repair it and that I had to pick it up. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Richard from the warehouse. Never have I had to deal with someone more rude than that guy. I hope the company gets rid of him to spare anyone the displeasure of dealing with him.
Did a great job on my kenworth cabover front spring, all done on the same day I called. Highly recommend.
