My beautiful bush and flower garden This is a nursery I've shopped at a few times and would go back. They usually have what I am looking for and the plants are good quality. It isn't a fancy place but I don't go there for the atmosphere. My neighbor is a retired landscaper from Germany and when he sees I've added more shrubs, he runs over and says, "Janie you have beautiful bush...let me see your bush." NOT! recommended Carroll Brothers Nursery This is a backwards thinking place alright. I went there with my husband and they would not look at me. I asked a question and the man would answer to my husband. Later we foiund out that what he told us was wrong and it almost killed our plants. The building is messy inside and somethings they are trying to sell are so old that they are falling aprat. There is metal cans of bug killer rusted on the shelves that they are trying to sell. Not fancy but good selection Carroll's isn't a fancy center, in fact, the building is kind of old, but they carry everything a garden center should. They will test your water and/or your soil too (no charge when I was last there), and that's a plus. There's no sense in trying to plant things in the wrong type of soil! They have a good selection of trees and roses, and many of them are outdoors (so you know they'll adjust to our climate). They are kind of "old time" center - personalized and friendly.
