These guys are great! My Subaru needed a different engine put in it, the guys at Carroll's quoted me 1/3 of the price that another shop in Sumner was trying to charge me, saving me thousands. They did a great job and were very kind to me. It is not a flashy shop for those who want the visual appeal, but they are honest, hard workers. These guys are the best!! They stand behind their work every single time. I have been using them for 35 years now, all I have to do is call Aaron up and he gets me in and taken care of as soon as possible. It might take a few days to a week sometimes because they’re always busy….. but in my mind, that’s a good problem to have, lol.
Aaron is the Owner, and his strategic approach to the problem with the car is truly Fascinating! He approaches it from a logical and financial understanding on YOUR end. He takes 'baby steps' in order to accomplish the End goal. The allowance of this 'old-fashioned handshake' approach to TRUST is restored in a very dishonest world. :)
