On our second year returning to Carroll's Country Christmas trees we again had a great experience. Having had an opportunity to connect with the owner and her daughter on site, both were friendly and supportive and went out of their way to connect and support a local High School and a great cause.
What a great experience we had. First time visiting for us. It was pretty wet but all the staff were smiling, friendly, kind and helpful. One even backed our truck up for us when we got blocked in. We will be back.
Here's what I figure....anyone leaving a bad review is just one of 'those types' that can not be pleased no matter what. Terrific kind lovely people who went out of their way to help me with my situation, picked out my tree for me and delivered it, and oh what a PERFECT tree. Absolutely perfect! I’m going to preface this review that I grew up on a tree farm, two of my uncles had farms and my cousins now operate a fourth generation u-cut and pre-cut lot in town, both I worked every year. The selection is extremely slim at best; they need to buy trees for pre-cut only for a few years and let their stock build up. Overall they’d have happier customers. What a delightful place. We arrived to friendly staff who directed us on how to check out a saw and cut our own tree. It had adorable places to stop and take family pictures, a hay ride, food truck, and a small shop to purchase wreathes and other Christmas decor. We brought our dog and she loved it.
