What makes this place the best is the people! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make such a special family tradition on Christmas memorable by making you feel like your tree-finding process is the most important. We have been getting our trees from them for years and it's such a fun family experience every time.

Here's what I figure....anyone leaving a bad review is just one of 'those types' that can not be pleased no matter what. Terrific kind lovely people who went out of their way to help me with my situation, picked out my tree for me and delivered it, and oh what a PERFECT tree. Absolutely perfect! My grandson and I are so happy with it. THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL! **a year later....another perfect tree!!! LOVE this place!

We were disappointed that it was too late to u-cut (visit by December 10 at the latest, y'all!) but the Carolls were willing to go along with our weird requests to pretend we were cutting our tree, per our tradition. It's all just so charming and lovely and festive, and they wanted to know our stories and help us plan for how to get the best tree next year. We'll definitely be heading there next Christmas!
