Gray repaired a badly damaged ceiling in my garage. He did a great job and was helpful with ideas for other needed repairs to my home. I was very pleased.
I tried working with Gray at Carroll's Construction & Remodeling. We agreed on a price for the job, but then he ghosted me. I called to go ahead and book the work, but he growled and barked like a dog in the phone and hung up on me. He won't return my call or text. Very unprofessional. I called a few times on Feb 4 regarding getting a ceiling fan hung. I've contacted again just yesterday but no response.
