I’m a local mom who’s just trying to get some appliance repairs. Google suggested Carroll’s and I left him a phone message. When he called back, I told him the two machine brand names and I started to suggest what I thought the problem might be with one. (Gasp! I actually read the User’s Manual.) He cut me off exactly two (short!) sentences into the conversation saying I was “bringing a hamburger to Dutchess” since I dared to suggest what I thought might be the problem. Cliff was great! Stopped by within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer. Had the parts (pulley and belt) and was done in less than an hour. Fair pricing.
Cliff is a real star. Contacted him for assistance in repairing an oven door. He was very supportive on the phone, showed up on time, worked like a true pro and his price was extremely fair. It’s very rare to find any of these qualities let alone all of them these days. His online reviews are spot on, you won’t be disappointed!
