Cliff is a real star. Contacted him for assistance in repairing an oven door. He was very supportive on the phone, showed up on time, worked like a true pro and his price was extremely fair. It’s very rare to find any of these qualities let alone all of them these days. His online reviews are spot on, you won’t be disappointed!

I have used Cliff of Carroll appliance a few times now. Great customer service, he always comes within a day or two max of my call, and fixes washer/dryer issues on the spot. I had a rather frustration repeat issue that he came back to make it right. He is a solid guy, puts customer first, and will also help you choose a reliable unit if you're in the market for a new appliance.
Carrolls has great customer service and Cliff is very knowledgeable. He's very prompt and courteous. Completely recommend!
