It's not the best when I first moved in the place had roaches and the bathroom floor was roted and the dumpster was always full and the laundry room didn't work most of the time but i fixed it up but they put in a new carpet but it gave me a place to live in for 3 years so I'm not complaining.

This place is disgusting! And I concur with the other review. They don't pay their bills. The grass is over a foot tall and the dumpster is overflowing with garbage. What is the management doing with the tenant's monthly rent payments? Not property maintenance!
