the salesman from carrol water working through costco to install eco water filter. didnt explain anything about the install. Rushed me through the contract off his ipad by scrolling down quickly and reading me what was on it. My mistake for not being aggressive enough to insist he handed his device to me so I could read at my pace. he left out that I pay for the installation which normally is included in the equipment purchase. If I was paying for install then why should I pick carroll water and not another better plumber? T... read more
