A friendly family run business with superb customer service.
We paid a holding deposit on a service truck and travelled interstate relying on the advertised specification and photographs. Upon inspection, the vehicle did not align with the configuration we understood from the listing, and we elected not to proceed. The deposit was refunded. However, we incurred significant travel expenses and have had to formally pursue reimbursement. The experience was disappointing given the time and cost involved.
We purchased a service truck from the team and couldn’t be happier with the service and experience. Nothing was too much to ask- it was a quick and seamless experience. Thank you!
