Would love to give zero stars if that were an option. My mother-in-law went to pick up tires for our business and upon arrival asked for help from the two men at the loading dock to load the tires and they laughed and told her "These are heavy, be careful." She was barely able to get them loaded into her SUV and was shaking when she finished. She has a total shoulder replacement and should not be lifting heavy items. Woman who answered phone was very rude and disrespected. I asked for tires she asked me if I had a account with them I said no and she replied very rude and hung up on me. Horrible experience. This business needs to find a receptionist with communication skills. Cause the one they have now needs some pointers out the doors.
