Terrible customer service. Terrible.
A woman driving a box truck and wearing a NTW shirt almost caused an accident by pulling out on Shallowford in front of a line of 4 vehicles, who all had to slam on their brakes not to hit her. Before using a truck that big, she should learn how to drive first. If that's how they operate their business, stear clear.
I came here to deliver a full trailer of tires and ended up waiting over 8 hours just to get unloaded. The workers were incredibly slow and lazy—no sense of urgency at all. It’s like they had no respect for a driver’s time. This kind of service is unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend delivering here unless you want to waste your entire day.
