Really love their alternative medicine practices, super friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarian Edit: Changed my original 5 stars to 3. My beautiful girl succumbed to cancer. No one's fault, but the way Dr. Whithead acted during her last few months were appalling. Mia (my dog) suffered because of her ego. When I brought her in because she wasnt acting like herself, Dr.Whithead couldn't provide an answer. So when I went to go get a second opinion, Dr.Whithead dropped her as a patient. Terrible experience told me the was no test or cure for what my cat had but it was terminal. 500$ later but there was a possible treatment for 175$ but no gareentee that would cure her and they would have to see her again before they could give it to her so more $ for that and no garentee she would live. They are greedy only care about $.
Took my new puppy to be checked over. They did an excellent job. Very professional.
My husband and I brought in a stray kitten the day before Thanksgiving because she was having serious health spells. We were given a written estimate for $172, signed it, and were asked to leave her for the day. We received only one phone update, and at no point were we told that any additional tests or charges were being added beyond what we had agreed to.
