I first did business with Carroll Shade when I lived in Massachusetts. John came out to the house and recommended the perfect Hunter Douglas blinds for room darkening the bedrooms. What impressed me the most though, was his customer service. One of the blinds in another room was hanging crooked because of a broken string. He took it back and fixed it. John, the owner assisted me with my vision of the type of blinds that I wanted on my patio doors. I had the old plastic slats that kept breaking. I was able to get a roller shade at a reasonable price. He looks pretty and leaves my room feeling cozy. John was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for blinds or shades for any room in their house.
The team at Carroll Shades did a fantastic job helping me select a replacement window covering that matched my existing blinds that are discontinued. I’m so pleased with how well the new blind matches the existing ones.
