So far, I am not impressed. I called Carroll Plumbing for a slow draining toilet on a rent house. They were very prompt at getting out there and during the course of their endeavors to ascertain the exact problem, they found that all the vent pipes under the house were non-operable. EVERYTHING needed to be repiped. I have owned the house for 5 or 6 years and have fixed every problem that has arisen. I don't know who or how things were taken care of prior to my ownership.
