Horrible experience with Robin & Pat. ALL they knew was “it's in underwriting" over a month. The seller threatened to walk rescind her acceptance & they were unbothered until speaking with the owner. Definitely use another lender or group before signing up for this headache.
My Husband used Robin Reed and Pat O and I have to say .... they never answered phone calls or kept us in the know ... we would have to drive up there to get any information at all we were very close to being homeless this last Christmas bc they waited until the last minute to get back with the other ppl involved we did get the house so we are very thankful for that but the customer service here needs MAJOR improvement!
Stay far away. This was the worst experience in my life. Labor pains were easier
Robin Reid was wonderful. My husband and I found a house that we loved, and had no idea where to start. We are so thankful to have Robin Reid as our broker. She really knows her stuff and she was there for us thought the entire process answering any and all questions (trust me there were many). We are so happy in our new dream house. I would recommend Robin and Pat to anyone.
One of the reviews for last year ( Becca M. ) has been mistake has mine. I did go through Carroll Mortgage last year. We didn't purchase a home due to a small issue, Robin Reid was my Broker and she was great!! we did go back through Robin last month, she had us closed in our home in 3 weeks. Don't let a couple bad review scare you away use your on judgment....
My husband and I were referred to Robin Reid by Our son and his wife who are very happy with thier experience in buying a new home and the customer service the got !! Carroll Mortgage is a night mare stay far away Robin is a night mare to deal with....
This is one one worst place to go, poor staff( Robin Reid ), they never call you back or answer any email. They make so many mistake, lose paper work etc. and get the client confuses all the time. They do not respect the customer. I lost my house and down payment because of the many mistake the loan officer made. Please stay away from this place, if you want your loan done right. my experience was similar to one of the above feed backs 2015.
