Carroll Memorials guided us through the process of selecting and installing our Dad's headstone from start to finish. This is such a heartbreaking experience, but their team made it as seamless as possible. Eve, our representative, was amazing—so professional, caring, and responsive every step of the way. Can’t say enough about my positive experience with Carroll Memorials. We ran into a few hiccups dealing with the cemetery, but Eve and Shannon were so professional and stayed on top of everything! Their communication was top notch which I truly appreciated since I live out of state. These wonderful ladies treated me with kindness and care during a very difficult time. I’d give them 20 stars if I could!
Wonderful & professional company . My family has been using Carrol’s for many years , when my son passed in 2007 I came to them for his headstone they were so professional and the final product with his photo is so beautiful I cannot thank them enough . I highly recommend them
