Can’t say enough about my positive experience with Carroll Memorials. We ran into a few hiccups dealing with the cemetery, but Eve and Shannon were so professional and stayed on top of everything! Their communication was top notch which I truly appreciated since I live out of state. These wonderful ladies treated me with kindness and care during a very difficult time. I’d give them 20 stars if I could!
Wonderful & professional company . My family has been using Carrol’s for many years , when my son passed in 2007 I came to them for his headstone they were so professional and the final product with his photo is so beautiful I cannot thank them enough . I highly recommend them
Our experience with Carroll Memorials was flawless. Eve was communicative, efficient, professional and very kind. The marker was perfect for our loved one. Highly recommend Carroll Memorials.
Poor experience, I hired their service and at the time of their technician installing a marker which I had made for my 5 year old daughter who had passed away they did a poor job. I contacted their office several times and they say someone will be there to fix it. To this date no one has shown up. It's sad because it seems like once paid they don't care if the job was done correctly or not, I also email them pictures of the job their tech had done an they agreed it was a poor job. Would not recommend.
