10 minutes late on 1st appointment of the day in BAD weather. I took 1/2 day off work for this appoinment. They would not honor the appointment as this WAS THEIR NEW POLICY according to the very rude receptionist. I WOULD have to rescedule. No -- I will leave the practice.
