Once again, even the smallest service (replacing a watch battery and adjusting watch band clasp) was handled as if I was buying the Hope Diamond! Hattiesburg is fortunate to have the folks at Carroll Jewelry.

We came from South Texas traveling for my daughter graduation at Southern Mississippi University and my husband’s watch stopped working so we decided to look for a replacement battery for it.We came to this nice little jewelry store and were so amazed how friendly and fast the gentleman was that helped us. Not only did he help us but his price was so reasonable. There was also some very nice jewelry pieces there especially engagement bands. If I lived there I would definitely do business with this shop owner.

Every time I've gone in there the Jeweler speaks with me directly. Did an awesome job on my ring and I also enjoy his personality!
