Thought it would be great because they let me bring my own parts to install but you get what you pay for folks. They said it was first come first serve and if I brought my car in when they opened it would be the first worked on. I was there at the crack of 7AM to drop it off. Now, I was only getting the front brakes worked on. Replacing rotors and pads. This is a 2 hour job tops. 3:30 rolls around and I finally get the call to pick it up. Not exactly thrilled with my last service there. Went in for a used tired advertised at $15. Got a quote of $21.75. No big deal. When done, they attempted to bill me $41.75, mounting and balancing, tire disposal, etc. I don't expect on the rim service, but seriously, almost twice the advertised price? No, I don't think I will go back there again.
I had only bought my car in July 2013 by a private owner to find out it had major wiring issues. I got my car towed to Carroll Island Auto on the weekend of Labor Day and they got right to my car the next business day after the holiday. The service didn't take long at all, maybe a few days but one thing I will say is they got everything checked out accordingly. Josh was a big help and very nice and professional.
