Unprofessional staff, and a physician 's assistant that's less than par. Go to another CHG office or another practice altogether.
Everyone is always very helpful. My son saw both nurse Eleni Goshu and Dr Eyer, I'm happy with the care we get everytime.
The final straw was a call to the on-call regarding my daughter. The dr was rude and made my daughter cry just as I was leaving for work. We will be leaving the entire practice. (I think this is my first, less-than five star review, so rest assured it is well deserved)
Be sure that if you are in for a physical you sit quietly and let them take your weight and other vitals only. Do not engage in any conversation with your doctor regarding medication they have been prescribing to you for years. If you do the office will charge you for both a physical and a preventative care visit. And when you call about it the secretary will give you an attitude and tell you to deal with the billing company - which I have been trying to for 6 months now. I see dr Beth Walsh and she is the best. Sad to be leaving her In June. Shes so informative and really takes the Time to listen and explain when you have questions and concerns. Absolutely 110% professional and respectful. I followed her from Sikesville to hampsted because I was not willing to change her. Highly recommend! Thanks Dr. Beth!
