I have loved every single practitioner I’ve had since I started coming here 8 years ago. It’s unfortunate that they all leave. Kristin has been so kind and caring during my time as her patient. She doesn’t stop until she finds answers to the medical issues you’re having. She always follows up with a phone call to check in on you. I will certainly miss her.
I received a letter in mail informing me that Kristen is no longer at this practice. I have seen her several times but the last time was a physical several months ago, I’ve had terrible pain in my side and I was blown off like usual and sent a bill and she wouldn’t even take the time to explain areas of my bloodwork results that were elevated, instead she had a clerk call me and she had no clue what they meant! After signing up with this practice with my insurance whom they claim to take the they refused to see me as "we are currently understaffed". Please don't say you are taking new patients when in fact you are not.
New patient intake took a while, but during a pandemic that's to be expected. All of the staff has been incredibly helpful, and they've helped me navigate through two health crises in the past year.
Don't come here for Adelmeyer. She cuts your time short, is exceedingly rude, and is all-around dismissive and disrespectful. She told me when I came in that I needed to start handling my medical care on my own in a very derogatory way—talking over me when I tried to explain that I was diagnosed with bipolar after my friend committed suicide and I tried to follow her.
