really great folks, replaced the wayne Dalton torsion spring system with the same system. very reasonably priced for the work that was done. and very fast too
These guys are awesome! They showed up super fast after I called, gave me a quick quote over the phone, and had my garage door fixed in no time. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity — they didn’t even charge me for the repair! The owner just said to tip his guy instead. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore. I’ll definitely be calling Carroll Garage Door again if I ever need help. A+ in my book
I had the 2nd and 3rd panel replaced on my Wayne Dalton Garage Door. The installer, Joaquin, showed up on time. He initially did not use padding to cut the panels. Causing them to be scratched. He ended up using 4 panels because he scratched 2 of them. You, the homeowner, have to supervise the job. If they have to cut the panels, use padding like towels or Styrofoam to make sure you don't end up with scratched panels. Because they will install scratched panels and attempt to paint them with very old dried up paint. I called ... read more
