This is the worst power company I have ever had to use and i have lived in many places as a traveling healthcare worker. Power goes out if it sprinkles power goes out when my neighbor farts. Power goes out more than getting 2 ft of snow in PA or a tropical storm in FL. Its crazy definitely need a back up generator with Carrol EMC as your power company. SMDH

Carroll EMC turned off my power, which I had forgotten to pay the bill for 10 days, didn't call me or text me, and then charged me an additional 90 bucks to turn it back on. I've been paying the power bill here for 14 years. It took 4 minutes to turn it on. And 90 bucks. That should be considered theft.

I only use the drive thru thu. I used the machine outside Carroll EMC have very good service and the employee that I speak to always give the information that you need. When they are called they are not long to come. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.
