Clayton was very fast and helped us identify our problem while giving us good advice on how to fix it.
Good Service. Very rare disruption. But only concern was no auto set up option in their website for billing payments. Now i see they opened up a draft option to set up payment at last. Again for missing 2 months of on time payment, i was asked for 480$ deposit which i see as a major bad from myside. Otherwise they are good.
The website is difficult to navigate while being somehow equally unhelpful.
They were prompt to resolve my outage, very professional and helpful
Here we go with more power outages… it is bright and sunny outside just like the person below mentioned and the power went out for what reason? I was in the middle of cooking my family and I dinner and now can’t finished due to RANDOM power outages.. this happened a couple days ago as well. Carroll Electric please fix this nonsense. It is 5pm and we are getting home from work & school… this is unnecessary considering you guys are charging a bunch of money a month but steady having these outages.
