Carroll Electric is one of the better utility companies. They don’t over complicate things and if there’s an outage they are on it! Two poles snapped in half and new poles were set and power restored in less than 4 hours!
The worst electric company I've ever been with. I was late 2 times and it was just a day after each time because of how my pay at work was set up. I paid 350 of deposit money to get my electric turned on at my apartment complex. After the 2nd late time I had to pay an extra 60 dollars towards my deposit. It's been 12 months, and supposedly you get that first deposit back. It's been 12 months and I won't get that back till next year now or maybe if I terminate my contract with them. Dylans crew went above and beyond taking care of our property and cleaning up afterwards. They where all very nice and respectful gentlemen. They also took the time to come by and give us an advance notice of when they would start working on our property and thoroughly explain what all they would be doing. 10/10 highly recommend this hard working crew!
Clayton was very fast and helped us identify our problem while giving us good advice on how to fix it.
