Horrid customer service. I was literally hung up on. Crooks. Do not let them put a new meter on your house, they are trying to charge us over $500 a month now every month since they put it on&we have never had bills that high. We shut everything down even, our furnace, pool, pool room, scheduled minimal washer&dryer, only 2 space heaters to keep warm& bills are still over $500. Insane. Definitely figuring how to go solar& get off of their grid. Crooks
