We had an overall great experience with Carroll Electric! It started out a little rocky with a misunderstanding that almost had us move on with a different electric company but they worked hard to make sure we got the service we deserved. Our technician volunteered to come out the same day as the misunderstanding from 40 minutes away, gave us several options to our problem and worked hard to solve it that day. We are very satisfied and will probably work solely with them from now on.
