Staff have been friendly and professional Everytime I need anything.
Mice and spiders had got into my unit. Spider webs all over everything and mice ate wires to halloween animatronics. Lost total $500. Called and informed them what had happened. Didn't get an apology. They said it was pest controls fault and would follow up with them.
Someone keeps leaving the gate open so what's the Point of having a gated storage if this going to happen
Great and all but no dumpster and it’s hard to turn when you have a unit on the far left side
