RecommendedAfter a week of being diagnosed with Covid, even though all my son's test were negative. We came to the little hospital who everyone wants to give the bad rap to. I will tell anyone who will listen how you guys saved my son Anthony Bates Aka Tank... The ER department was top notch. His doctor was going to find out why my son's fever was so high for so long. We knew right then we had made the right choice. My son was going home with antibiotic therapy when his oxygen dropped. That doctor didn't hesitate my son was being admit... read more

Carroll County hospital has never really had a good reputation to begin with, and from my experience today with the ER receptionist Marla Taylor it is easy to see why. She was one of the rudest, most hateful people in a customer care profession that I have EVER encountered. I would be embarressed to employ someone with that kind of attitude to be a representative for a company. Her attitude and disposition were bad enough and when we asked her for a complaint or admin number she called the cops on us..I mean really. Unfortun... read more
