(Would be no stars but had to have at least one to post) Do not, I repeat, DO NOT have any dealings with this company. They do not repair anything on the rentals and the houses are trash. The office workers have no personal skills whatsoever, and Mandy and whoever the other incompetent woman is in the office is not anywhere near customer oriented and will talk to you as if you are nothing. The worst construction ever. You will have nails coming out. water leakage in the house. They use the cheapest materials. The flooring comes apart. the doors have huge gaps not sealed properly. I had to replace the AC unit as well. About 2 years old.

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a construction company. My husband and I bought a new construction in 2021 and already need $2,500 worth of work done to our AC unit. We were advised by the HVAC company who came to inspect it that to be having these issues with a 3 year old unit is practically unheard of; these are problems they see in 15-20 year old units.
